As one of Pop's more polarizing act, Katy Perry has become quite the brand with her brew of premium Pop. While she's become consistently inconsistent with her vocals showings, the singer performed her #1 single 'Roar' and 'Unconditionally' at this evening's NRJ Music Awards and much to attendees dismay Katy vocals fell flat like the line on an EKG.
