As Tessanne Chin continues to fly the Jamaican flag high in American territory, another hopeful Samantha J is hoping to make a mark with her name. Riding high off the success of her hit 'Tight Up Skirt', the dancehall/pop pin up visited America's #1 video chart show 106&Park to deliver the hit.
But was it any good? Find out below..
Not bad.
I give Ms. J an A for effort, B for choreograpghy and a C+ for delivery. J brought a plethora of local dance moves as she "one drop" and "twerk" away across the stage. Granted its her first outing on such a major platform one couldn't but notice the presence of nervousness- a natural for many a young artists but hey its only gets better with each performance right?
While the masses may argue that "she's not ready for the stage" or "she's no talent" but with more practice Ms. J can execute the highly sexually charged tune. As for the argument of her being a one hit wonder...lets just wait and see what happens.
